01/04

Learn from someone who has built, not just taught. Everything in this workshop comes from frameworks I've used to help thousands of students turn ideas into projects that create real impact.

Arya Diwase

The framework

Discover. Develop. Deliver.

Instead of teaching students how to copy existing ideas, this workshop introduces the Discover. Develop. Deliver. framework, a structured approach to building passion projects that Arya refined during her time at Duke University and has since used to guide students through the process of creating projects that are authentic, achievable, and impactful.

Discover

01

Every impactful project begins with understanding a real problem.

You'll learn how to move beyond broad interests and identify meaningful challenges rooted in your own experiences, community, or areas of curiosity.

Develop

02

Ideas become meaningful only when they can be executed.

Using practical frameworks, you'll learn how to evaluate your strengths, choose the right project format, and build a realistic roadmap that transforms your idea into an achievable plan.

Deliver

03

Impact is what turns an idea into a story worth telling.

You'll understand how to measure outcomes, document your work, and communicate the value of your project, ensuring that your efforts create genuine impact while strengthening your overall profile.
